You will receive a tracking number once your watch is completed and leaving our studio in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
Due to each watches is customized & the art chosen is carefully curated - we expect you to wait within 2-3 weeks of delivery. We appreciate your patience. This is to make sure each art, engraving, edition number and artist name perfectly done.

You have the privilege and rights to return any of our watches you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
WE OFFER FREE RETURNS WORLDWIDE
In order to initiate returns the product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our studio for a return and full refund to be made; watch(es) cannot be returned to any local retail store.
Kindly use reputable shipping service with tracking number for a safe and insured protection. Artwist PLT does not take any responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTY
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
